Is it right me to do MBA or Mater’s in Telecommunication

Hi,
I have done my engg in telecommunication, but I have not got a job from a year. So I am planning to do MBA or Mater’s in Telecommunication. But I am in confused what to do ? I have interest in Finance and Stock exchange. So is it good to do MBA where as i have technical background ???
