Is it worth it to get a bachelors in IT?

I recently got an AA in network administration, and was thinking about getting my bachelors in IT and maybe a masters, but I’m getting discouraged and I’m not so sure if I should go that route. I’ve been trying to get job for a while now, but it’s very hard to land an interview now a days. I was thinking maybe I should go for Computer Science/Engineering. Any advice would be appreciated.
