Is Microsoft will listen to my plan?

My work comprises of establishing new business markets and ideas.
Recently I managed to put together two IT companies…Strategy is my Key.

I have a business plan could be of great importance only to Microsoft and or their competitors.

Do you think Microsoft will look at me as I am nothing compared to their capabilities?
