Is NCSA a Reputable Company?

I came across a site www.ncsacademy.com (National Computer Science Academy). It gives an online certification test in certain area. The test is free but if you want them to publish your score you have to by a membership. Has anyone ever heard of this company? Is their certification worth anything in the real world or is it just toilet paper?
