I have an HP LasderJet P2015d that worked fine until the printer either fell 4 feet to the ground, or an extremely large book fell on it (the story from the office varies…).
When I print, it sends a page through the printer which comes out warm to the touch but with absolutely no ink on it. There is a dent in the metal casing when I open the printer and the mechanical pieces *seem* to be in working order so my question is: are toners subject to some sort of internal damage that would keep them from working after a physical shock like this, or is it more likely something inside the printer not working?
I have no other toners to try in the printer
