Is there a NAS device supporting NTFS for Home Network use?

Hello everyone.
Thank you for taking the time to read and reply to my question.
My mind is almost at the point of overload from researching this subject matter without finding a concrete answer.
I want to purchase a ‘Network Attached Storage’ device with 2 HDD bays (RAID 1 configuration) that also supports the NTFS file system, for our Home Network.
Please, help me by providing your invaluable feedback, guidance and advice.
