is there a software program to do this???

Hi all, im new to this.

My question, is there a program out there that can update or inform me of changes to a specific field in a web address.

Im looking for a program/software that will notify me everytime the sporting odds change at a sportsbook on a specific game. So i dont have to keep checking back, and always can be on time soon as the odds change on a sporting event?

Any recomendations.
