Is there a way to attach an extra page to a pdf on an outgoing mail

Hi I am sending out invoices that are automatically generated by are accounts program as pdfs and then sent to are customer via exchange. I would like to add an extra page to the pdf that contains terms and conditions. does anyone know of a way of doing this. I have tried using exclaimer so far.
