Is there anyway I can achieve this with a pivot chart?

My source data looks like this: In a ROW
Req#, Application Name, Status.

I need to create a matrix. I can easily create a heading row that has the application name, a column that has the Req#

Now the problem. In the data section I don’t want a sum of the status I need to display the value of the status. It has to match the data that came from the same row. the pivot would be great if it only showed the value. Any ideas? Quesitons?
