Is this phone able to be repaired?

So a few days ago I dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked but I thought it was still working. But today I realized it can’t receive calls, every time I try to answer someone who called me my iPhone wouldn’t let me receive the call, I have to call them back. Is this phone able to be repaired?
