iso

Hi Ive downloaded an ISO file for VMWare ESXi 3.5 but need to convert it to an .exe file so that I can install on my XP desktop. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I changed file name extension from .iso to .exe and although it accepted the change and it looked like an executable file it does not open up!
