ISP solution

Need input as to the best possible option (cheapest, easiest, reliable) to give a small office (20 workstations) Internet access. Current environment is single domain with only internal e-mail. Would like to have internet access, external
e-mail, firewall protection, robust remote access, and ability for all 20 workstations to access Internet simultaneously. Eventually will have IIS to host website.
