Wondered if any UK IT Line/ Training / HR Assistant, Co-Ordinator,Manager in the UK is on this site?

If so can you make me aware of the top business to business IT web sites being used constantly among the large IT departments in the UK??

Can anyone suggest a way of finding this sort of information – i.e. is their a leading professional publication being subscribed to by IT Managed departments in the UK?
