I.T. mentor needed

I am in need of an I.T. professional for guidance. The ads state there are over “300,000 jobs in this field” but I have yet to snag one with my partial MCSE.

I’m beyond entry level but below the rich experience employers needed to hire. I am growing increasingly frustrated in getting in the I.T. field at a wage conducive to maintaining my present income level with the skills I have.
