IT Pro Guide to Project Management

I have been satisfied with TechRepublic’s articles etc.. But as soon as I spend money, I have been disappointed. It started with my membership fee. I’M STILL WAITING FOR MY FREE MOUSE.

Next was the purchase of the above product. The entire book is totally redundant but none of that would matter if I could use the templates. HOW DO I SAVE THE TEMPLATE IN A FORMAT WHERE I CAN EDIT IT. THE TEMPLATES ARE WORTHLESS TO ME UNLESS I WANT TO TYPE ONE MYSELF. What a rip off… I’m also still wating for a response to a previous e-mail about both the mouse and this product. YOU CAN’T CALL YOU PEOPLE, YOU HAVE TO SEND AN E-MAIL. WOULD SOME ONE LIKE TO RESPOND????????
