Hi I have purchased the Tech Republic IT Professional’s CD Guide to policies and Procedures. I cannot “set-up” under W2K XP. It give me a 16 bit error – An installable Virtual Device Driver failed Dll initialization. Choose ‘Close’ to terminate the application – I have the option to Ignore or Close. It does not do a setup.exe. I can see some of the files as .doc, etc files.
I paid for this under Braiden Consulting and it will not install under XP: it worked at my office location that was W2K. I am no longer there. I need access to the files that I have used in my consulting practive.
