Just as other training professionals have networking hubs for career and development are available out there (i.e. Organizational Development, Human Performance Technology, etc.)… does anyone know of sites that cater to IT trainers? It seems, to find job postings specific to my skills (instructional design on technical training, curriculum development, etc.) is so hard to find! I’ve gone to various sites that cater to the “true” IT career sites but since I deal with the “softer” side of IT training, finding the right match is next to impossible.
I hope to tap into the “IT trainer wisdom” out there. Or perhaps, I’m dreaming of a position that is not out there at all.
