by ibidapo2 . Updated 21 years, 7 months ago

I need help and guidiance.

Im a part time student of business computing and currently researching on using the ITIL best practice framework to identify areas of improvement in a company (ABC). The company provides E-Solutions, Supply Chain Management and Customer Relationship Management. The company also provides Application Services, Web Services, SAP Infrastructure, Business Communication, with a large data center. (thats the scenario)

Because of time limit, I will be concentrating my research on Problem, Service Level and Incident Management of the coy ABC

I have divided my research paper into 6 sections:
(please tell me if thats not right)

1.Introduction, 2.Introduction to ITIL, 3.Introduction to Problem, Management, Service level Management and Incident Management, 4.Assessments of Problem, Management, and Service level Management and Incident Management at coy. ABC (Questionnaires aspect of the research) 5.Result and Identification of Gaps for Improvement at coy ABC, 6.Conclusions , Recommendation for improvements (phases, major mile stones, priorities and Future prospect.

I have economics background. My interest in technology is taking me to a new area.

Could anybody please assist me on what to discuss on each category. How does one go about this in reality. The home work also involves a 60 minutes presentation, what are the areas of concentration. What will make my work presentable, both in theory and practical ?.

With your guidiance, you?ve save a soul:-)))

I am thanking you all for your contribution.

God bless you.

Ola
