Its a silly question, but still…..

1.Please tell me how a RSS feed works and how to make the best use of it.

2.Also, I have worked for many years in managing data processing projects in India but have not been working for 6 years. I would like to go back to ITeS industry in Europe (where i now live) and would like to know what new skills I have to learn to be able to return to the industry. My last job was a sort of a managerial job where I handled a team of data processors. I got the project, got the sample approved from client and completed the project within dead lines. Not very techy, but I did have to know the application of the various softwares, technologies etc for the required project in hand.
