I’ve run in to a familiar problem!

I’m trying to download MS Flight Simulator X onto a new H-P Pavilion desktop running VISTA. The program seems to download the disks but when it’s done, there’s no icon on the Desktop and never a request for the product key from MS. Searches for the program doesn’t show it ever downloaded and an earlier posting (from ’08) seemed to indicate it might have been placed on a seperate desktop? Sadly, I’ve learned the hard way MS doesn’t have live product support for this product and tech support at the retailer is useless.
