java problem

Dear Sir,

We have face huge problem in windows98, last two months. we have already to anything what i must do… go IE optinos, java enable…, JIT download and install, IE upgrade… Etc. but there is nothing… we face this problem yet right now… so what i should do for this… please tell me…
