JAVA WAV Project

Dear techrepuplic,
my laptop has broken down and i had a couple of projects running.
Now they are gone and I would need a Java programm which

–>plays .wav files
–>generates sinus signals (variable frequency and samplerate)
–>Filters a wav file with fft (highpass, lowpass, bandpass; if not variable, with filter coefficients from a csv file)
–>additionaly: display the wave signal or maybe even the spectrum

It would be great if someone could help me, because I’m ill at the moment and not able to work on the project.
