Job market info

What are the best sites to find out how the IT/NETWORKING job market is? I am thinking about going to Indianapolis IN. I would like to checkout the level it jobs. I am not looking for a job finding site like monster.com but more of a site gain some info of what kind of opertunity there is in that city. Thanks allot for any help.
