Job Prospects

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could give any tips on what would be the best steps I could follow next in my career, what I really want to do is to get a move to amercia and expand my knowledge there. But I am finding it diffucult to aquire a job there being based in the Uk . Does anyone know how I would go about securing a job in amercia without having to worry about getting into the country first.Because I do not think I can go to amercia without a job secured

Any suggestions will be greatly appreicated as I am dying to go to amercia
