Job Responsibility Concern

I’ve been with this Company for almost 2 years, but still have some issues with what is expected of me. I am just a Workstaion Support Tech, but we’re expected to do Network Admin duties, Tape Back-up, Telcom, Patch Panel work, etc. I don’t mine thework, but I feel short-changed, at the end of the day, I’m still just a tech (with the same salary). Other companies I worked for in similar positions didn’t ask their techs to do no where near as much duties because there where specialized staff that did them. I’m not nit-picking, but am I getting a raw deal.
