Job Titles and Descriptions

I am in the process of revamping my staff and offering opportunities for advancement. I’m creating positions from scratch and am looking for the latest titles and job descriptions so as to stay current with the market. Where can I look for these titles and possibly some sample job descriptions so I’m not re-creating the wheel?
