Joining 2 Networks

I have a problem. I use my laptop quite alot and have the need to log on to 2 networks. The first at work is on a MS NT4 domain network. All settings are fine and I can logon whenever. The problem is when I need to logon on to my home network. This is on a peer to peer network. The network settings in win98se need to be completely changed from NT4/domain to workgroup. Is there any easier way of being able to pulg in the cable and just logon to either network? Pls help
