The reason more and more people continue to move from the IT field to move up the corporate ladders is they don’t see any other way. I believe that the key here is to be creative and think of some way to stay true to your pasion(if IT truely is the field you have a pasion for). Don’t try to be something you’re not, because in the end you have to do what you love, or else you won’t like what you do no matter how much you make. So, for those who don’t have a pasion for the industry, may they find one they do feel strongly for. As for those who do have that pasion for IT, stay with where your heart is and you’ll find yourself in a great position. All you need is what got you in the biz in the first place: That initiative, curiosity, and belief that you can make it. I believe it is possible.
