Keeping row heights when pasting into multiple cells (Excel07)

Hi, I am looking for help regarding a project I am doing in Excel 07. The problem I am having is getting row heights to copy over into multiple cells.

I have made a template that uses different row heights and I would like to copy and paste the template multiple times below the existing one. At the moment I am adjusting the row heights using a control-click method where applicable, but I don’t really want to do that through the whole document.
