Lack of Experience vs. No Experience

You might say there is no difference if you are an employer, but there is. Lack of experience is when you have been given the opportunity to gain experience and don’t use it. No experience is simply that No experience. You have not had, been given the opportunity to gain experience. It’s kind of like life. When you were born did your parents say you lack experience in life and just ignore you. NO they gave you a chance and gave you opportunities to gain experience.
