Lan card problem ?

Hi,

I have inbuilt lan card RTL8139D , but when i install RHEL 4 or 5 , Fedora version the lancard diver not lan card not installed but when i install suse linux it working fine without any problem so can any one tell me how to install lan card on Fedora or RHEL5 .

Pls help me ?
