laptop problems

This is a CTX International
model EzBOOK 700E series !

I just installed Win98 first edition as a portable type installation.

I cannot get more than 16 colors (640×480) pixels resolution .

What should I do to get 800 x 600 ?

I don’t have any documentation or installation software for this unit.

Never did a laptop before, need help !
