Laptop Swift Keys not working

Hey there,
I purchased a new Dell Inspiron 15 3000 six months ago, and now both SWIFT keys are not working. I know it’s a hardware or keyboard issue, but how can both keys not working at the same time? If anyone has a solution, please share it with me.
