LASER PRINTER SUPPORT

Hello,
I work as a pc tech for a large medical organization. Included in my PC duties are printer problems i need to resolve. Was hoping we good start a thread, where people could post up some good links for printer probs. We use HP and Lexmark printers here. Right now i have a big issue with dirty pages on the Lexmark printers. Can anyone give any advice or help ? I do have the ability to order parts. But dont have alot of experince yet replacing the parts.
