Learnkey CD’s

I’m interested in studying SQL and Cisco. I would like to obtain both an MCDBA and CCNA. I was told Learnkey CD’s were a good starting point, but I thought I’d get other opinions before going that route. Any suggestions, ideas, or recommendations?
