Leaving Aust Army ,Tips for entering IT

I’m about to leave the Army. Been doing helpdesk work for some 4yrs now for my unit. Mixture of hardware and software. Have held Domain admin rights for 2yrs, but not directly managed the domain. Problem is apart from an A+ technician course i attended last year i have little to no paperwork behind me. I’ve managed/maintained field networks of up to 30+ workstations under a mixture of NT.40 and XP OS. I have a reasonable level of “on job” experience but as i said, little paperwork to show for it. I’m just wondering what should i be looking at doing straight up, certification wise?
