Legal – Infrastructure Documents

Good Afternon;
I?m working on my new company (security consultant, and Training Company?s employes) and i wanted to know which documents are critical to dessign for legal issues and for my company?s infrastructure. I just need the names of the documents, I will later investigate about each single document.
