Legal Practice Management Software

I am wondering how many members on here work in an IT environment related to Legal Industry, like say, a Systems Administrator in a Law firm.

For those who work in a similar environment, what Practice Management Software do you use and which are the best features of that software that you like?

As for me, we use Amicus Attorney 2007, and it terribly sucks.
