License Manager Interpretation

Could someone please explain to me the info that is included with the license manager. The info just seems to conflict. For example, for our Exchange server it shows under the column “Per Seat Purchased”…111. The next column shows “Per Seat Allocated”…163. “Per Server Purchased” is 0 and last “Per Server Reached” is 123. All of this data conflicts with each other. First, all of our licenses were entered as Per Seat, so what the heck is this Per server Reached? Next, how can the Per Seat Allocated be greater than Per Seat Purchased. My boss says we purchase 160 licenses, what is up? Some enlightenment would be most appreciated. Thanks
