License site survey??

I have heard rumors that after MS implements the new license scheme, there are going to be more site surveys to find misused licensing. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this or have any info on it. Will it only be if someone has reported you, or is it ramdon selection of corporations that already have some legitimate licensess.
