Link an access value to a specific cell in Excel

Greetings from Cyprus!!!

I have a problem. I want to link a cell from a sheet in Excel to a specific value from a table in Access. What am I trying to do is to create a database that will keep teams info and players demographics. In Excel sheet I will make a table for draws with numbers. So when I make the draw I will give a number to each team (in Access) and that number will be linked to the number in Excel.
Any suggestions??
