Linking excel chart to webpage

Hey guys,
Having a nightmare trying to link an Excel chart to my webpage and keep it updated from Excel.
Can’t be bothered with SharePoint – too hard.
Just need to keep my sales team informed and a VERY simple solution for that – I’m less capable than I sound.
