Links in a Excel Sheet

I have one excel file with 4 sheets.
When I try to open the file I am getting an error that unable to open so & so file…. But In that file no links to that path … But it is showing that error… I am not able to find out why that irrelevent path is getting displayed as error message. If I press OK, the file is opening.Can you please suggest me a solution for this
