Linux 7.1

I have a Linux 7.1 Server in my LAN. It runs as FTP server, Telnet Server, Samba Server. At the server side, I can access all clients share using Samba command “smbclient”, but at the clients share I cannot access the Server. Why? Also, at the client sides, I cannot access my Linux 7.1 FTP, Telnet server? My Linux server is 192.168.0.38. Why? Thank you so much for your assistance.
