Linux ,Free BSD, Windows XP

Hi who ever is concern …i would just wanna know weather what are the diffrences in Linux ,Free BSD ,and windows XP protection?? I basically need to know the comparison between the three points… I would also enquire what are the system programs for the three OS systems???
