Linux FTP Server

Can someone please point me to the right reference area:

I’m new to Linux and would like to know how to properly setup a FTP box with 2 harddrives. 1st harddrive is 9 gigs, 2nd harddriv is 36 gigs (SCSI).

What do I need to do so that the 36 gig harddrive is strictly for the FTP directory. There will be multiple users connecting, but none would be annonymous.

Also, how do I “view” the 2nd harddrive like I do with windows (explorer).

The installation is complete, both drives are mounted upon bootup.
