Linux/MS Exchange 5.5 Issue

I have a Linux-Mandrake 8.0 box set up on my Windows NT 4.0 network. I can send mail (via Kmail) to all of the users on my network but cannot send email beyond the Exchange server. I can receive mail just fine. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
