Linux Router

Hello, guys!
I have such a problem. At the moment we have private network connected to the Internet via Linux Router. Distribution is Redhat 6.0. We were assigned needed number of real IPs, so now I have to modify my routing rules, so all the computers in the network would be represented in the Internet by their own real IPs. Can you give me a hint, what should I do to succeed ?
