Linux Servers reformat to Windows

I have 2 Linux server machines that I would like to use as Windows 98 user machines instead. Unfortunately the person that set up the Linux is no longer working here and we do not use Linux for anything. Do I need to reformat, or what do I need todo to set these 2 computers as windows 98?
