Linux Webserver and ODBC connectivity

We have a huge relational access database and are the process of upgrading to SQL server.
We just got a Linux server as our web-server
and I recommended NetObjects Fusion as a quick and easy way of getting our web site up.
Now my boss wants our clients to have access to some fields in our database (be able to place their orders and have it captured in our existing database)
I’m not a linux person – can I get ODBC to our SQL server when I upgrade our access database to SQL
HELP 🙁
